The hotel is looked super fresh, and the beds are comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The noise from other guests late at night disrupted our sleep, and breakfast options were the same each day.

The staff was very helpful.

The 4* indication is quite misleading. It seemed that the property is under new management and they are trying to do it up, but they promise more than they can deliver. It is also quite complicated to get to (only 2 bus lines) so you need to plan your journey well. It was ok for the money and for 1 night.

The breakfasy was very good and also the staff very kind and has offered very good informations and tips.

Bathroom was too small and the site description was different compare with what you find out actually.

Consider requesting a room away from the train tracks for a quieter stay. Access to the swimming pool is charged, so plan ahead for that.

Hearty and fine breakfast with baked beans, "proper" musli plus scrambled eggs, exceptional service. Reasonable and quiet location, just walking distance from everywhere. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Golf Klub Cechie.

The tranquil spa area, with its gleaming tiles and inviting pool, reminded me of a serene oasis. I enjoyed sipping tea on the balcony while soaking in the comfort of our cozy room.

Better pillows for a restful sleep, please.

Spacious room and friendly staff.

Ugly surroundings, far from city center. Noisy rooms. On one side of the hotel there is a train station and on the other there is a busy road with lots of tacks and buses. Cleanness of the room was poor also. Had to clear off the dust of the furniture before installing my things. All in all, bad location for visiting the city center.

The reception staff were friendly, even providing a ventilator during a hot summer stay. Located conveniently near a bus stop makes city access easy, while the breakfast offered a decent spread, including typical local bread. The absence of air conditioning left the room rather stifling, particularly on the higher floors, and the breakfast lacked variety beyond basic continental options. While the overall cleanliness was commendable, the distance from the city center may be a consideration for some travelers.

I don't believe they clean the rooms while I was there, the rooms was not dirty but on the second day they did not even bother with rearranging the bed. On the third day I could not connect to the wifi, I contacted the staff she said they she don't know, she just gave a cable to try to use the internet plugin which did not work as well

the hotel is extremely noisy, you can hear all the conversations and tv from the next rooms. The staff is not very kind and some of the staff do not speak english. The situation of the hotel is bad. The hotel is very far from the city center, but there is a bus and metro, so you can reach the center in 30 min. The buses are very ponctual, so no problem about that. The swimming pool is extreemly small - may be 2 m to 3 m, and it costs 12 EUROS per hour !!!! It has to be written as information about the hotel. The parking is not free of charge for the guests of the hotel.

Recommend it for families seeking budget options

The staff were friendly and even helped us with our bus routes and restaurant suggestions. The room had fresh towels ready upon request, and the little welcome wine was a nice touch to kick off our trip.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but considering the amenities it was still acceptable.
